  • Cancellations & Modifications: Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee a refund if your order is already on its way.

  • Risk of Loss: Once your order is shipped, the risk of loss and title to the products passes to you. Any delays or damages to the delivery are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

  • Returns: Please review our Returns & Refunds policy for information about returning products and receiving refunds. Unfortunately we are unable to except returns for food items.
  • Refunds/Replacement of product: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@walkersnaturallyhealthy.net. We will resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement or issuing a refund. We may request photos of the damaged item or packaging to help us investigate.
