We currently ship anywhere within Australia. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location.

3. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
We begin processing orders quickly, so if you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request!

4. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at admin@walkersnaturallyhealthy.net. We will resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement or issuing a refund. We may request photos of the damaged item or packaging to help us investigate.

5. Are your products gluten-free?
Most of our products are made with gluten-free ingredients, we advise checking the labels on each specific item or contacting us if you have any concerns about cross-contamination or specific dietary requirements.

6. Can I buy your products in stores?
Currently, we only sell our products online through our website and at some farmers markets and festivals. However, we are looking into retail partnerships and will keep you updated if that changes!

7. Can I gift your products to someone?
Absolutely! We offer gift options. If you'd like to send a gift, please contact us directly for assistance with custom notes, or shipping directly to the recipient.
